Technical Support Specialist (paid training for one month, then opportunity to hire)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or on-site.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
Document issues and solutions in a knowledge base for future reference.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams when necessary.
Assist with software updates, backups, and system upgrades.
Educate users on basic technical troubleshooting and best practices.
Training for one month. Trainees with excellent performance will be hired as full time.
Customer feedback collection.
Finance background is a huge plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical support.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
ERP Implementation Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes to ensure successful ERP configuration and customization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Configure ERP systems based on business needs and ensure proper integration with existing systems.
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
Troubleshoot issues during and after implementation to ensure system functionality.
Provide technical documentation and user manuals.
Work with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, ERPNext, Odoo, or similar.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Senior Node.js Developer
Develop applications using React JS, Node JS (Express JS) and MongoDB.
Microsoft SQL experience is nice to have.
Experience in JSON/XML, JQuery, Material UI, RESTful services.
Produce clean and efficient code based on specifications.
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
